UnVALEd Minds: Beyond Foster Care - Atlanta, GA
In partnership with the Austin Hooper Foundation, UnVALEd Minds Atlanta brings foster youth, mentors, professional athletes, wellness experts, and trusted Atlanta organizations together for a full day focused on mental wellness, connection, confidence, and preparing for the future.
This isn't a traditional mental health event. It's an interactive experience where young people can hear real stories, ask real questions, try different wellness tools, and discover resources they can actually use as they navigate change and move towards greater independence.
Throughout the day, participants will hear candid conversations from athletes and young adults about the things they wish they'd known sooner, explore creative and therapeutic tools in The Reset Lab, and rotate through an Interactive Wellness Circuit with Austin Hooper featuring brain health, movement, mindfulness, creative expression, reflection, and local resources.
Most importantly, youth leave with more than information. They leave with new connections, practical tools, trusted resources, and greater confidence for whatever comes next.

Join the Artem Vale Foundation for the Stronger Than the School Year Community Walk, a family-friendly event focused on building resilience, connection, and emotional well-being before the new school year begins. Joined by the Wives of the Cleveland Browns, this inspiring community walk brings together families, athletes, and local leaders to raise awareness for youth mental wellness while supporting programs that help children and caregivers navigate life's challenges with confidence. Through interactive conversations, athlete engagement, and expert guidance from Brain Balance, attendees will gain practical tools to support mental wellness both at home and in the classroom. Featuring former MLB player Mike Adams, with additional athlete guests to be announced, this community event brings together sports, science, and meaningful connections to strengthen families before the school year begins.

A powerful play exploring mental illness and family resilience. With a cast of 11 actors portraying 32 characters, Cracked Open is a story of love, struggle, and the power of family.
