UnVALEd
Minds.
Real Faces. Raw Conversation.
About the Campaign
Through UnVALEd Minds, we've partnered with inspiring individuals to spark conversations that challenge and connect people across generations and communities. These dialogues are designed to reach people across all generations, professions, and life experiences, from students and seniors to athletes, artists, caregivers, and working professionals. By sharing personal stories, lived experiences, and practical tools for mental wellness, UnVALEd Minds creates safe spaces where individuals feel seen, heard, and supported.
Tools in Your Toolkit
There is no
single tool
for healing.
"You can't build a house with only a hammer. The same is true for mental wellness; it takes the right combination of tools."
Mental wellness is deeply personal. That’s why we create spaces where youth and adults can explore different paths to healing, from sports and arts to nutrition, nature, faith, and clinical care. Because no two journeys look the same, every toolkit is uniquely their own.
Resource Fairs
Where the toolkit
comes to life.
Alongside our speaker events, we host community resource fairs, hands-on experiences where attendees meet local experts, try modalities live, and walk away with real tools and real connections. Because healing doesn't end when the event does.
